How Payment Works

All new students receive 2 free lessons before their regular payments begin. After that, lessons cost £26 per month for one lesson a week at any of our venues. This is based on a 48‑week year. Payments must be set up for the 1st of each month, and it is your responsibility to cancel the payment if you decide to leave.

Setting up your payments is simple:

1. After your 2 free lessons, we’ll confirm your training day and venue.
2. We’ll send you our bank details or payment link so you can set up a monthly payment for £26.
3. Please set your payment to leave your account on the 1st of each month.
4. If you decide to stop training, it is your responsibility to cancel the payment with your bank or provider.

Extra Classes

All extra weekly classes are charged at £5 per class.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

There are no refunds for any payments that are not cancelled if you decide to stop attending. This includes lesson fees, seminar fees, camp fees, administration fees, grading fees, sports kit and karate suits paid at any time. It is your responsibility to manage your standing orders or payment links to ensure they are discontinued upon your departure from the academy.

Family Discount

For families living in the same household, if 2 members are training and paying full price, a 3rd family member can train in our normal weekly classes for FREE. If the 3rd member stops training, you will continue to pay the full price for the remaining 2 members.
